Michael Jackson's Supposed Death: Are They All Just Coincidences, or Is There Something Else We Should All Be Looking at Here?

I wanted to write this blog entry to talk about not just the coincidences that have circled around Michael Jackson’s supposed death, but the strange timing of it, and the things that happened shortly before and shortly after it.  One of the things that has stuck in my mind is the fact that Michael supposedly died the morning of June 25, 2009.  Why this has stuck in my mind is because this was the date Michael supposedly was to leave for London, (the very date), and to continue his rehearsals for the “This Is It” concert over there. (This timing was strange to say the least).

Then there is the fact that Michael rehired his long time estranged lawyer, John Branca just a week before his passing. (This timing was very strange also).  Then after his death John Branca just so happens to have Michael’s Last Will in Testament that he supposedly signed in Los Angeles back in 2002', but it has been reported that Michael wasn’t in Los Angeles, but in New York on the date that is on this document.

Another strange thing is something I just got done talking about in my previous blog entry, and that was all of the legal documents that don’t have Michael’s legal name on them, from:  "The Last Will and Testament, to the Autopsy, to the Death Certificate, to the involuntary manslaughter trial; oh and let's not forget the supposed death photos that were presented during the Conrad Murray trial, the name on those photos were also incorrect.  All of them, and I do mean ALL have the name Michael Joseph Jackson, but we all know his legal name is Michael JOE Jackson. (His driver's license shows this correctly), but NOT ONE DOCUMENT SINCE MICHAEL'S SUPPOSED DEATH DO WE HAVE A LEGAL DOCUMENT WITH HIS CORRECT NAME ON IT.  You would have thought that one of these documents would have had his name correct on it, wouldn't you?

Then there was Latoya Jackson's revelation in a video that I put out here awhile back, where she talks about one of Michael's kids letting Randy Phillips, CEO of AEG Live into Michael's house on June 24, 2009 when Michael was at rehearsal.  (CLICK HERE to watch video if you missed it).  I'd like to know what he was doing there when he stated under oath during the Conrad Murray Involuntary Manslaughter trial that he was at Michael's rehearsal that night at the Staple Center on June 24, 2009.  So why was he at Michael's house when Michael wasn't there, and who was he meeting with, and about what?

Let’s face it, there is a lot of money to be made off of Michael Jackson, and if you look at the full picture, currently you can see how the estate that is ran by the two attorneys who supposedly were named executors on the Last Will in Testament; (that some think is a fake), I’m sure you can see the millions of dollar that has already been made.  It’s so much money that even Michael’s mother, Katherine has had to question this estate and where all of the money has gone.  She has stated that she has seen very little of it.  Now, I know Michael Jackson had huge debts, but when Katherine Jackson requested this information she got what I would call a lot of grandstanding by these two attorneys.  Was this intentional?  I really couldn’t say, but it does make one wonder.

I’m sure we’re all familiar with the saying that you’re worth more dead than alive, right?  Well, we all know Michael Jackson definitely was.  We also got to know that all of the players knew this as well, (AEG Live, Dr. Tohme, John Branca, John McClain, and maybe even Michael Jackson himself knew this.

One thing is for sure I'm sure we haven't heard the last of this.  In fact, I am sure there is still more to come on the Jackson front.  Just some more things for you to think about here, wouldn't you say?

Michael Jackson: Death Hoax = Breaking News - AEG Live drops $17.5 Million dollar claim!

Randy Phillips, CEO of AEG Live
If you've been following my blog you would know that my last entry was about AEG Live, the promoter's of Michael Jackson's "This Is It" concerts had filed a claim with the insurance company that was insuring these concerts for $17.5 million dollars (Lloyd's of London) back in 2009'.  Well, shortly after my last blog entry came out AEG Live dropped its claim. (Interesting)

AEG Live attorney's denied that dropping this claim was due to leaks of emails that the Los Angeles Times published on September 2, depicting concerns by AEG executives that Michael Jackson's health was deteriorating.  The attorney's for AEG Live went on to say that the reason for dropping their claim was because they no longer needed the money.  Their attorney, Marvin Putnam stated that they had been reimbursed by the Jackson estate for its concert losses.  He went on to state that he had informed Lloyd's of London of this back in June.  (This I find interesting since we all know that the Jackson estate is ran by attorney's, John Branca and John McClain, which some of the Jackson family is currently fighting with over what they call Michael Jackson's faked Last Will and Testament).

Why it took AEG Live a whole three years to drop this claim I find quite interesting.  They say it had nothing to do with these damaging emails, but come on!  These emails came out on September 2, and they drop their claim, which they say was back in June, but we only found out about all of this on September 10, 2012.  (I'm not sure what to believe here)
Katherine Jackson with Michael Jackson

One last note:  AEG Live still faces a wrongful death lawsuit by Michaels' mother, Katherine Jackson.  Mrs. Jackson contends that the company is responsible for bringing Dr. Conrad Murray into making medical decisions for her son that was inappropriate.  This court case is scheduled to be heard next year. (Should be interesting to see what happens here, especially since there is a large group that still believes Michael Jackson is still very much alive).

As I stated before, this isn't going away…

Michael Jackson: Death Hoax = What Truly Is Up With A.E.G. Lives Lawsuit?

We have discussed in detail about some of the stuff that doesn’t add up with the production company A.E.G. Live, who were the concert promoter's for Michael Jackson's "This Is It" concert series. It seems it has come to light that not only does the Jackson family have a lawsuit against A.E.G. Live for the wrongful death of their beloved Michael, but apparently A.E.G. Live has one against the insurance company "Lloyd's of London" for 17.5 Million Dollars. According, to an article that I just came across, A.E.G. Live has filed this lawsuit against this insurance company because they are refusing to settle Michael’s insurance policy that A.E.G. Live had taken out on the superstar if he were unable to complete his concert series. Lloyd's of London is claiming that A.E.G. Live misled them in what Michael Jackson's actual condition was. I can't really say what is truly going on here.  You're going to have to decide this for yourself.

I say you have to decide for yourself about this because, although I love the Internet and it’s a great source for research purposes, it's not 100% accurate in its information. That’s why some refer to it as a content mill. Take it from someone who has done it and in fact is doing it right now. Anyone can write stuff and put it out here, whether it's completely factual or not. Why do you think I use so many videos out here?  I do it to try to show actual proof of what I have found.  So the article is just that, but is this actually based in truth?

Now, I do believe some of this is true though, I wouldn’t doubt for a minute given some of the shady things we’ve discussed here about A.E.G. Live that they do in fact have a lawsuit against Lloyd's of London. This might explain why the Jackson family has filed suit against them; after all, Michael's estate doesn't need the money. But, what about the part about Lloyd’s of London, I must be honest I find this part hard to swallow and I’ll explain why. Don’t most high end insurance companies such as Lloyd’s of London do their own physicals on people before insuring them?  (I understand, Michael did take a four hours physical and passed it).  I don’t know what the issue actually is with Lloyd’s of London, but I am finding it hard to believe it's because they were duped into believing Michael was in better condition than he was, (this is Lloyd’s of London we’re talking about), I highly doubt it's hard to put one over on them.  Some of the Death Hoax believer might think that the reason Lloyd's of London haven't paid out is because they know Michael Jackson is still alive, right?

Then there is a part in the article that I read which stated some things about choreographer, Kenny Ortega stating that Michael Jackson was in very poor condition. Funny, how he never discussed this in any of his interviews or even during the court case, other than the one incident that he mentioned when Michael showed up with flu-like symptoms one night. Now, once again I am led to wonder if this statement is true because of this reason. Let’s remember what happened to singer, Aaron Carter who gave an innocent interview about his relationship with Michael Jackson, and the next thing we knew it was all over the Internet that Aaron said Michael Jackson would give him alcohol and drugs, and this turned out not to be true. Ortega could have said that Michael would have an occasional drink after rehearsal, (which wouldn’t be odd for Michael to do), and the next thing you know Michael is drinking heavily during rehearsals. Come on if that were the case wouldn’t the alcohol have appeared in his autopsy, which it didn’t.

So what we have here is an alleged statement by Ortega regarding this incident, and yes now I am using alleged, it’s a little hard not to when it comes to some of the stuff that has happened since Michael’s apparent death. I’ll hold out judgment here till Ortega shows up in court and actually makes these so-called allegations.

As for this lawsuit, I have to wonder what A.E.G. Live is truly up to. Seriously, so what if Lloyd’s of London has refused to settle for whatever reason? Didn’t A.E.G. Live make millions off the rehearsal footage that came from the "This Is It" documentary concert film?  And, then didn't they make more off the DVD release of it and the soundtrack for it? Do they really need to go file a lawsuit against this insurance company? Haven’t they made enough money off Michael Jackson, even in his supposed death?

Randy Phillips, CEO of AEG Live
I have to ask the question again what A.E.G. Live is truly up to.  I keep thinking about two things in regards to all of this.  First, I keep thinking about what Conrad Murray said about A.E.G. Live C.E.O., Randy Phillips.

Latoya Jackson

Then I can't forget Michael's sister, Latoya and her claims about Randy Phillips.

So what is truly going on here?  You'll have to decide for yourself.  One thing is for sure…this is not over by a long shot!

What Is Up With Michael Joe Jackson's Name?

In this blog entry I want to explore something that I have talked about before out here and that was Michael Jackson's legal name.  This is something that many people have questioned in Michael's Last Will and Testament and in the Conrad Murray Involuntary Manslaughter Case, where his name was stated as Michael Joseph Jackson, when in fact his legal name is Michael Joe Jackson.

Now I know I have explored many avenues on this website about what might have happened to Michael Jackson on June 25, 2009. I have discussed the possibility that he was kidnapped, that he might have been murdered, and of course that he staged his own death. For many of you it may seem like I have started to lean towards murder around here more than anything else. I am here to tell you this isn’t exactly true, because although there are some valid things that point to him meeting with foul play, there are things that still can’t be explained if we went with that theory only, and I have discussed some of those thing out here on this blog; things that still have many of us on the fence wondering if this is still all just one big hoax.

First of all, no matter how anyone wants to justify it that Conrad Murray Trial was the strangest trial I have ever seen and I watched on daytime TV.  I would have to say that soap opera trials made more sense. The defendant didn't rise to hear the verdict, and the verdict used the non-definitive word alleged more than once. Go to and look at verdicts in general and find me just one that has actually used this word the same way that this one did and I just might believe that this was a real trial. Oh, and then there was the wonderful part where the judge just happens to bring attention to the fact that the jury changed the date of the supposed verdict form. (Say what?) Seriously, don’t tell me this isn’t a big deal because it is! Let's face it, this is a court of law, or at least I think it was and anytime you change the wording or date of a legal document is a big deal, believe me I know from experience. It turns out in order to do this the jury would have had to have filled out a correction form. I don’t recall the judge asking if this form was filled out, did you?

This is where my biggest pet peeve comes into play, and rightfully so, the legal documents involved in the death of Michael Joseph Jackson. First, let me just say if you've been following all of the happenings since Michael's supposed death then we all know that Michael's legal name is Michael Joe Jackson and not Michael Joseph Jackson, right?  Some of you might think what is the big deal about all of this?  Well, there is a big deal in regards to this name.  In fact, former prosecutor Tom Sneddon made sure in the Michael Jackson Child Molestation trial that all documents had the correct name on them.  He wanted to make certain that if he got a conviction that Michael wouldn't walk free over a technicality with his name, which believe it or not could have happened if the name hadn't been correct on all legal documents.

Now I want to discuss the really strange and odd thing about all of this.  Every document since Michael's suppose death has had the name Michael Joseph Jackson on them.  None of them, (not one) has had his correct name.  I find this rather strange.  You would think one of these very important legal documents would have had his legal name of Michael Joe Jackson on them.  (But, NOT EVEN ONE) From his autopsy report, his death certificate, his Last Will and Testament. Even all the papers filed and used during Conrad Murray’s Involuntary Manslaughter Trial ever stated his correct legal name.

Pearl Jr.
Firm Believer, or as she now refers to herself Knower, Producer, Writer, Journalist, Pearl Jr., recently did a video regarding this horrendous error.

Whether you agree 100% with everything Pearl Jr. has talked about in the past you have to admit she has a point here. Michael’s driver's license and passport both said Michael Joe Jackson and this is an important thing to know because before either of these is issued you have to produce your birth certificate. This is one of the first legal documents that are issued for a human being, and it is the one that is proof of your existence. In fact, after a person dies the first words from any mortuary is do you have their birth certificate? Why, because this tells them the exact date the person was born and the exact name of the individual, even if this wasn’t the name they used in life.

There is actually a story pertaining to the late king of rock and roll Elvis Presley. His full name was, of course Elvis Aaron Presley, but his middle name was misspelled on his tombstone. This led to even more belief that he wasn’t dead, even though the error wasn’t a huge one and was quickly fixed. But still, there were those who wanted to believe this, however, if we were to look at Elvis death certificate, autopsy report, Last Will and Testament, his name is correct. Remember, this was fixed quite quickly and we’re only talking about a tombstone not a huge amount of legal documents; that yes, can have errors but these errors are caught quickly and fixed so that there will be no legal ramifications.

For some of you this may not seem like a big deal, but let me tell you it is. Any mistake on a legal document, such as putting down the wrong date or the wrong name can have a document declared invalid. This is why when you watch Pearl Jr.'s video and she talks about filling out her own legal documents, it was boldly in her face to insure the name of the person she was filing the motion against was EXACTLY correctly. Why do you think the Jackson family is currently questioning the validity of Michael’s Last Will and Testament? Not only does it have the wrong name, but also according to them the wrong date. No legal document that suppose to be worth more than the paper it's printed on would have such glaring mistakes on it after being filed in a court of law.

So what can we deduct from the fact that there are so many legal documents that have glaring mistakes on them. Well, some including Pearl Jr. have a theory which does make some sense. As some have pointed out if Michael had staged his own death, he would have committed fraud, he can go to jail for this. However, if it's not his actual legal name that is appearing on all of these documents, this is a technicality that could keep him from being prosecuted (sorry, Sneddon), According to these documents it was a Michael Joseph Jackson that died on June 25, 2009, and not Michael Joe Jackson.

One last thing you might want to think about, shortly after Michael's supposed death the new media had release a song of Michael's called, "A Place With No Name", and when you think about it there is such a place, it is Michael's supposed gravesite at Forest Lawn Cemetery.  (Remember no name has been place on this grave).  And, then there is the song that Michael's good friend Barry Gibb released that he and Michael did together called, "All In Your Name".  I don't know about many of you but I am starting to wonder if these are all clues that we should be paying attention to.

Just some more things to think about here…
