Michael Jackson and Actress, Lindsay Lohan Connection? (Okay, Hold the Presses)!

I'm sure there are some of you out there who are saying what connection could Michael Jackson possibly have to this train wreck of an actress, Lindsay Lohan? While others may want to be cynical and say well we know the connection, they both abused drugs. No, no, no, I am not going there on either level. This isn’t about bashing either of these individuals whom obviously have had or had their own problems to deal with. This is believe it or not something that could be connected to the Death Hoax. Now some of you are probably going−wait Lindsay Lohan is connected to the Death Hoax, how did that happen?

Well, it would seem that Lindsay Lohan has actually been seen with Michael’s former bodyguard, and star witness in the Conrad Murray Involuntary Manslaughter Trial, Alberto Alvarez. Lohan has actually been photographed with Alvarez at LAX airport back in April of 2011' and it's now been reported that the former Michael Jackson bodyguard is working for Lohan.

Security Guard, Alberto Alvarez, and Actress Lindsay Lohan
All right, so what does any of that have to do with the Death Hoax? So what if Alberto Alvarez is seen with Lindsay Lohan, what does any of this have to do with our beloved Michael?  So the man used to work for him, big deal, after all he is a bodyguard and she probably needs one or more of them, right?  Then some of you might be thinking we didn’t even know who Alberto Alvarez was until he showed up in court, so what does any of this matter?

I would have to agree with all of you if this were the only apparent connection. As some of you might have heard, actress Lindsey Lohan is working on the Lifetime television film "Liz and Dick", which is based on the relationship between Richard Burton and Elizabeth Taylor. Now as most of us know Taylor was Michael’s dearest and closest friend for years. Okay, so this is just another coincidence, and some of you might be thinking "could we all move on now?" All right, but this doesn’t seem to be the only project Lohan is involved in that may lead back to Michael, if you can believe that. In fact, this next one might blow your mind. It would seem as reported at TMZ news, (that’s right TMZ again.  I know it seems funny how they keep popping up here in relation to the death hoax).  Anyway, Lohan it would appear is also in negotiations to do another film called, "Escaping the Game", which is a movie that has a strange premise to what we are discussing out here on this blog, believe it or not. It would seem that this is a film about celebrities staging their deaths so they could escape their lives, then in turn move to a secluded island. That’s right; Lohan could be doing a movie about celebrities staging their deaths, how odd is that? So now you can see why it's odd that she is now linked to Michael Jackson's former bodyguard.  The other strange thing in all of this is Alberto Alvarez sat in court and told the jury during the Conrad Murray trial that he was having a hard time obtaining work since Michael Jackson's death and how difficult the whole thing had been on him financially, and yet TMZ was reporting that he was working for Lohan Pro Bono (which means for FREE).  What gives with this?

Now I found out something even more interesting about this movie and that is it is being directed by:  Brett Ratner, and if you've been following Michael Jackson's life then you would know that Jackson has been friends with Ratner for many years.  (See photo below of them together).

Seated at the table: Brett Ratner and Michael Jackson
Michael even had a featured piece in one of his "Private Home Movies" with Ratner.  (Click below video to watch)

One last interesting thing about this film is that the cost for making it is the same cost of what was charged in the filming of the "This is It" rehearsal filming.  That's right, if you guessed $30 million dollars, you are correct!  This makes me wonder hypothetically if the same $30 million dollars that was being used for filming the "This is It" rehearsals is still being used to make this film.  (Yes, I know I'm speculating here, but you have to admit this is pretty bizarre that the amount is the same).

Michael Jackson: The Day before His Supposed Death (June 24, 2009)

I wanted to write a blog entry about June 24, 2009, which was the day before Michael Jackson's supposed death because I have found out a lot of interesting things about this day. Like for instance, this was the last rehearsal for Michael to do here in the United States.  My understanding since this was Thursday, that all of the concert sets were being packed up and shipped out the next day, (June 25, 2009) on boats headed for London.  I also understand that Michael was packing up the home he was renting at Carolwood and his kids to head out that weekend for London.  I find this rather strange that he made it to his last rehearsal here in the United States, but he never made it to his London dress rehearsals which I understand were set for the following week before his concerts were to open at the O2 Arena. I found out all of this information on the "This Is It" Documentary DVD in the Special Features area that was added to this disc.

It was interesting hearing Michael's choreographer, Travis Payne make comments in this special feature talking about how close they were to making the "This Is It" concerts a reality.  He went on to say that he wished that Michael would have done at least one of those concerts.  He said he just knew that if Michael would have done one concert he would have been okay.  He said he knew Michael was under a lot of pressure, but he just knew that if he could have done one concert and felt the reaction of the fans once again he just knew everything would have been fine.  I guess when you're a perfectionist like Michael was you probably worry about even the smallest of detail.

It was eerie to hear Randy Phillips of AEG who were promoting the concerts say that on the night of June 24, 2009, Michael was in good spirits and had high energy that gave him goose bumps to listen to him.  This was also the first night Michael practiced singing the song, "This Is It", and I understand many in the room were speechless.  Randy Phillips went on to say that he walked Michael Jackson out to his car where Michael hugged him and thanked him for getting him that far and that he could take it from there.  Randy Phillip then went on to say that was the last time he saw Michael Jackson alive.  It's eerie when you hear someone say that because it makes you think of all your loved ones.  I mean, think about it we all go about our lives everyday thinking that the people that we love and care for will always be there, even though we know how precious and fragile life truly is.  It's just something that most of us take for granted.

Pictured:  Randy Phillips, Michael Jackson, and Dr. Tohme Tohme
When I think of Michael Jackson in regards to how he was treated in life I can understand why he might have faked his own death.  But, did he?  That is still the million dollar question as I sit here and write this that I don't have an answer for even after 3 years.

I now want to share something with you, which will probably sound kind of silly but I did this anyway.  I stayed up till 1:00 a.m., June 25, 2012 because I heard that this was the reported time 3 years earlier that he had arrived home from that last rehearsal.  I laid in my bed pretending I had a time machine and I made it 3 years earlier and I imagined running up to Michael and saying:
"Don't go in that house!  You'll never come out alive!  Come with me and I'll protect you from what I know is going to happen to you!  I won't let it!  Trust me!"
From the movie, "The Time Machine"
by: H.G. Wells.
I know this sounds pretty silly that I was thinking this but it continued throughout the next day from the 10:50 a.m. time which was stated as the time Conrad Murray gave him Propofol to the 12:00 noon time when Murray said he had found Michael not breathing.  I even thought about the 9-1-1 call being made at 12:21 p.m., to the paramedics showing up at 12:26 p.m., and, of course I thought about the Press conference Jermaine gave to tell all of us that Michael was pronounced dead at 2:26 p.m.  I even watched it on at that time.  It was a strange day for me looking at the clock and thinking about all of this, but if the truth be known I'm sure I wasn't the only one who was thinking about all of this, now was I?

Michael Jackson's 3rd Anniversary of his Death…Are We Any Closer to Knowing What Truly Happened to Him?

As many of you know June 25, 2012', marks the 3rd Anniversary of Michael Jackson's supposed death, and as I started to write this blog entry I started to ponder if we are any closer to knowing what truly happened to this incredible person who had touched the lives of so many people.  Yes, I know the doctor who gave him the drug Propofol was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter, but as I've written in previous blogs do we still have all of the blanks filled in. I would say NO!!!!  If we did there wouldn't still be a lot of questions, right?  There wouldn't be so many people discussing evidence that points to a death hoax, foul play, or kidnapping, now would there?  If everything made sense in all of this I believe we'd all be done and accept whatever the answers would be.  I don't know about all of you, but I have yet to hear answers that make full sense to me, have you?

Many of you know that since Michael Jackson's death a lot of things have been speculated, and I have to admit that yours truly has been one of those speculators.  Anyway, I'm sure many of you know that the speculations that have been talked about have been Death Hoax, Foul Play, or Kidnapping, right?  These three items have not gone away even though it has been 3 years. Some people have told me that I am in denial and that I just need to accept that this man is dead...end of story. I generally respond back by asking them a question that I still don't have an answer to like:  Question:  Why was the court verdict read with Alleged date and Alleged victim in it?  (They generally don't know how to answer me back.  Some say all verdicts say this, but yet they can't show me one that does.  I'm still waiting).  Another question I always throw at them is:  Question:  If the Conrad Murray trial was a legal proceeding why don't they have the victims name correct?  Why do they keep referring to him as Michael Joseph Jackson, when his legal name is Michael Joe Jackson? (I still haven't got an answer on that one back either). These are just a few questions I throw at them, but the sad thing here is I still have so many more unanswered questions that I am still waiting for answers to.

I recently had someone ask me why solving this was so important to me, and why did I think it was just as important to so many others who continued to come out here to the Internet to research, share information, and to just know that they are not alone in their quest to finding out the real truth.  I thought about this for awhile and, although I can't answer for all of you, I think the reason I continue on this path is because of whom Michael Jackson was (or if he's still alive…is), and that was or is a person who was not just an amazing entertainer, composer, dancer, but because of the great humanitarian he was, and how he cared so much about the human condition in the world, especially where children were concerned.  Yes, the news media wanted to make it out to be something sick and twisted, but people who care so deeply the way Michael Jackson did are rare to say the least.  I mean, think about this, here was a guy who was highly in debt, but yet a big chunk of the money he was going to make from his "This Is It" concerts was going to go to building a children's hospital from what I found out.  My understanding of this hospital was that he wanted it to be a place where children could forget about being sick.  He wanted a movie theatre and a playground/amusement park built in the hospital.  It's a shame this hospital never became a reality, even though this is what Michael wanted.

So now that we have arrived at the 3rd Anniversary of this man's supposed death I'm sure some of you might be wondering where we all should go from here.  Well, as I stated in my last blog entry, I don't plan on stopping my research or this blog any time soon.  How can I?  Plus, I know we haven't heard the end of this.  I know there is a lawsuit pending with the Jackson estate against Dr. Tohme Tohme and the financial agreement that he said he had with Michael, where he said he is owed a certain percentage of the Michael Jackson estate earnings.  It should be interesting to see how this plays out.  Also, it will be interesting to see if Conrad Murray gets his Appeal granted, (I know some of you are probably screaming NOOOO WAYYYY)!!!!  But, it is a possibility that it will be granted just based on the fingerprint evidence that I spoke about in my last blog entry.

Then as I stated in another blog entry even if we did all walk away from this, I can tell you that this story isn't going to go away.  The Jackson family hasn't gone away, now have they, right?

Although, we have reached the 3rd Anniversary of Michael's supposed death, I think we shouldn't stop what we are all doing in trying to find out the truth here, because I believe we are just at the crossroads right now, and I just know around the corner if we continue to plug away will be the answers we all seek.   So with all of this in mind I personally plan to continue on.

I hope you'll also continue on as well, and come back to this blog because I plan to always try to keep you up to date on anything, and all that I come across in regards to this very important subject.  Let's just remember until we fully and truthfully get JUSTICE FOR MICHAEL I don't feel we should stop at anything, do you?  Let's do this for Michael, because I'm sure he would do it for all of us!!!!

So stay tune…I am sure a lot more is still to come in the future in regards to all of this.

Michael Jackson: Was His Life and his Family in Mortal Danger?

A few blog entries ago I spoke about Michael Jackson possibly meeting with foul play, ("Did Michael Jackson Meet with Foul Play" Part 1 of 3"), and I basically want to go back there once again.  But, although I want to go back to foul play I also want you to think for a moment that if Michael Jackson thought that his life or the life of his family were in danger that he just might have faked his own death also.  So this blog entry is really about both of these possibilities: foul play or death hoax.

I still believe that one of these possibilities is probably the answer to the truth that we all seek, and it's the reason why we're all out here on the Internet trying to find the answers to this puzzle, one way or the other, right?  I can understand that because it is the reason why I continue to write this blog.  I will not stop writing this blog until I have the truth and nothing but the truth.  I don't care if I have to do this for ten, twenty, thirty years and longer I will not stop.  I don't care if I end up being the only one out here writing this to myself.  Luckily, I am not alone right now.  This blog has been receiving over a couple hundred hits a day and it seems to be growing with each passing day.  So those of you who come out to this blog regularly I would like to thank you for your continued support in helping me find out the truth.  Yes, we know Conrad Murray is in jail, but do we have the complete truth of what happened on June 25, 2009?  I would say NO.  I know some people might think that I should just give this up, but they can think what they want.  As I said I will continue on this journey to finding out whether Michael Jackson faked his death and the reason why he might have done this, or whether he met with foul play.  If he met with foul play then I will continue to find the person or persons responsible.  I believe if we stay united out here on the Internet we will find the truth, and we will finally get JUSTICE FOR MICHAEL.

Anyway, back to this blog…and why Michael Jackson would fear for his life and the life of his family? Is there any proof that he may have thought his life was in mortal danger? This has always been the million dollar question, and one that I plan to continue exploring.

As many of you probably already know if you've been reading my blog that shortly after Michael Jackson's death a close family friend, Dick Gregory appeared on the television program, for "HLN" and talked about a situation that occurred in 2005'. He told the interviewer during the 2005' Child Molestation trial Michael had gotten to the point where he was refusing to eat or drink anything, and actually had to be brought to the hospital to be hooked up to an I.V. so that fluids could be placed into his body. Dick Gregory went on to say that Michael confided in him that he was afraid that someone was out to kill him and he wasn’t sure who he could actually trust. Much of this was dismissed by people as the ramblings of someone who was on drugs; and I'm sorry to say, it was never taken seriously by those in the news media.  If you didn't have a chance to view Dick Gregory's interview on "HLN", you can still watch it by CLICKING HERE.

Then in January 2011', Lisa Marie Presley gave an interview to Oprah Winfrey where she talked about the last phone call she had with Michael Jackson, which also occurred in 2005', where she mentioned that he also told her someone was out to get him. He told her that he feared for his life because of the Sony ATV Music Catalogue that he owned, which included "The Beatles" music, and other top artists which had an estimated value of anywhere from 1 to 3 billion dollars.
(Click Video below to see Lisa Marie Presley's statement in regards to this).

Michael Jackson even alluded to this to his spiritual advisor, June Gatlin that he feared for his life, and the person he actually named as the person he was afraid of was his financial advisor at the time, Dr. Tohme Tohme, a once trusted friend, and employee, who he would dismiss from employment just a little over a month before his death. He told Gatlin that Dr. Tohme Tohme had made threats to him and his family. Once again were these the ramblings of a totally paranoid man who saw the boogie man in every corner?

When you stop to think about it, was Michael Jackson really just rambling on with no real basis, or were there reasons for him to feel this way? First of all, he had been put through the ringer with the 2005' Child Molestation Trial, which became a media circus to say the least, and no doubt probably felt as a result that everyone was indeed out to get him. Then there is the fact that after his death it had turned out that the F.B.I. had been following him for about ten years. (Wait, someone was actually following Michael Jackson around)! So he wasn’t being paranoid after all when he thought he was being stalked. People can have a six sense about this sort of thing, and we generally know when we’re being followed by someone, and Michael Jackson had it done to him for ten years. It's no wonder he was seeing the boogie man in every corner.  That's because he was.
So was Michael Jackson’s life and his family in mortal danger? This has never actually been determined and only Michael Jackson would know for sure, however, the fact that he may have thought there was a real threat is very possible, and so do we really have the right person in jail for his death right now?  Some of you will probably scream yes, but I can't get past those 4 fingerprints on the I.V. bag that were found and weren't able to be identified.  This really bothers me, and I would hope it bothers you.

Conflicting Testimony on Where Michael Jackson was on June 25, 2009?

The Carolwood Home
In a previous blog entry I discussed the problem with the time line on June 25, 2009, and the fact that some people claimed they witnessed more than one ambulance at the Carolwood home where Michael Jackson was living at the time. If you didn't read this blog entry you still can by clicking title below:

"Michael Jackson and the Case of the Messed Up Time Line"

Now back to this blog entry on where was MichaelJackson at on June 25, 2009? Yes, I know he was reported as being unconscious, and then dead from acute propofol intoxication, but what I mean is, where was his body exactly at when the 9-1-1 call was made, and also when paramedics showed up? It may seem odd to want to dwell on this and to even ask this question, but it's something that testimony during the Conrad Murray Involuntary ManslaughterTrial couldn't seem to agree on.  The testimony was highly conflicting to the point that you almost have to think that Michael Jackson wasn't even in the room, and that someone had written a bad movie script.

This all reminds me of a soap opera where the writer can't remember what they wrote a year ago, and then rewrites history saying something else.  This situation bothers me a lot while watching a soap operas on television, and so this bothers me now while dealing with this conflicting court testimony in real life.  Whoever said that soap operas aren't like real life obviously didn't watch the Conrad Murray Involuntary Manslaughter trial.  You can still watch this trial out on by typing in the search engine:  Conrad Murray Trial.

If you watched this trial then you would have heard security guard, Alberto Alvarez saying that they moved Michael to the floor while on the phone with the 9-1-1 operator. Then paramedic Seneff stated when he testified that when he came in to the room they were just moving him to the floor as he entered, but then his partner who followed him into the room said that Michael was laying fully on the bed.

(Click here to watch testimony in regards to this)

So where was Michael Jackson?

Well according to Michael's brother, Jermaine Jackson he was at the airport, oh wait, he meant to say the hospital. Now I'm sure you can see how stupid this all sounds, and yes, we are back to death hoax, but it's stupidity like this that keeps leading me back to this just being a hoax.

I understand as well as anyone that when you're in an emergency situation you aren't thinking clearly. But paramedics are trained to act in emergency situations and to handle them. Of course, it could be argued that they were taken back by the fact that this was Michael Jackson, right? This brings me to another stupid thing, why weren't they told beforehand who they were going to be treating?  I realize that maybe people don't give out such information in a 9-1-1 call, (this part wasn't odd to me), but when they first arrived at the Carolwood home, why weren't they told then? One of the paramedics testified about entering the room not knowing that it was Michael Jackson who was the patient.  Why didn't security or someone in the house tell them when they first got out of their ambulance vehicle who the patient was?  Strange, right?

(Click below video testimony from paramedic about this).

This is one of the reasons why I believe there is still a death hoax going on and why some refuse to let go of it.  It's stupidity like this that keeps this death hoax from going away.  To watch other conflicting testimony I created a new series on called:
"Michael Jackson:Death Hoax or Cover-Up"-
"Trial of Contradictions".

Is Paris Jackson Giving Us a Clue as to whether her Father is Still Alive?

Recently, on June 11, 2012, Paris Jackson, now 14 years old, and the only daughter of Michael Jackson gave an interview to Oprah Winfrey for her network: "OWN", to talk about her life today and about her future acting plans.  She discussed her current movie project: "London's Bridge and the Three Keys".  During this interview she told Ms. Winfrey that she loved acting because it allowed her to basically be someone else.  (I thought that was interesting).

But what was more interesting was that during this interview she gave Ms. Winfrey a small piece of her film rehearsal.  Now, why am I calling this interesting, well it was just a very small film clip and Paris only had one line, and the line was and I quote:  "Why can't you just believe?"  I realize it is just one small little statement, but it's what she is saying that makes a person pause.  Think about it, she could have said anything in this film rehearsal.  She could have chosen to show Ms. Winfrey just about anything, but she chooses herself saying the line: "Why can't you just believe?"

To the group of fans who call themselves the believers I am sure this statement got their attention.  I know it got mine.

(CLICK BELOW to Watch Video of her Film Rehearsal)

So, is Paris Jackson trying to tell us this in her own subtle, cryptic way so that her father's fans will know that he is still alive.  I can't really be sure here, but this was awfully strange to me.  Some might say that I'm looking for things that aren't there, but seriously of all the lines she could have said and showed Ms. Winfrey, why do you think she chose what she did?

Just something more to think about here…

Did Michael Jackson Meet With Foul Play? (Part 3 of 3)

In Part 2, I went into how someone could have had motive to take Michael Jackson out, and how they could have gone about doing it. Now I want to talk about some of the odd circumstances that have occurred after Michael's supposed death. And, no I am not referring to the Conrad Murray Involuntary Manslaughter Trial (which I know was odd, no doubt about it).

What I want to talk about is the odd deaths of those who knew Michael but ended up dead within 8 months of Jackson's supposed death. One was a supposed drug overdose and had at one time been a staff member of dermatologist, Dr Arnold Kline, who was Michael Jackson's dermatologist.  His name was Bruce Ayers and he apparently was found dead on a sidewalk in California on December 18, 2009. Then there were two very odd suicides with one of them being a close friend and business associate of Michael's, attorney Peter Lopez.  The other person was basically a sworn enemy, and his apparent reported suicide happened just a little over four months after Michael's death and that person was Evan Chandler, whom we all know as the father who made child molestation allegations against Michael back in 1993'.  My understanding is he apparently took a gun to his head and committed suicide. Sorry, but I refuse to believe what some said that Evan was terminally sick and this was why he ended things.  Excuse me but my understanding is that the man was sick for almost 20 years, but shortly after Michael's apparent death he ends it all, the timing seems rather strange to say the least.  He committed suicide in early Novemer 2009'.
Evan Chandler

Let's go back to attorney Peter Lopez, who had worked for Michael for several years, they not only had a good professional relationship but a close friendship as well. In fact, Peter Lopez was in Michael's life during the time that Michael was under the control, and I mean that literally, of his financial advisor, Dr. Tohme Tohme. Peter Lopez supposedly committed suicide in February 2010'.

Peter Lopez

Now there were rumors that Michael had dismissed Lopez, but there are those who believe that if anyone dismissed Lopez it was probably Dr. Tohme Tohme and not Michael. Anyway, guess what?  Just a little over  three months after Evan Chandler shot himself in the head, Peter Lopez did the same thing by taking a gun and shooting himself in the head. Like I stated above, all of these death happened within 8 months of Michael's death, coincidence?

So what does this have to do with whether Michael Jackson met with foul play? Well, you have to admit that it seems very odd that three people all connected to Michael were dead within 8 months of Jackson's supposed death. Was one a drug overdose, and two of them suicides, or did they too meet with a form of foul play like Michael Jackson might have? Given the odd circumstances I must say this has given me reason to pause and wonder.

Did Michael Jackson Meet With Foul Play? (Part 2 of 3)

In the previous blog entry I went into the possibility that Michael Jackson could have met with foul play and was murdered. I also talked about how Michael had feared for his life, and how some could have had the motive to actually want to kill him. So we have fear, we have motive, but do we have opportunity?  I mean, after all, the man had a group of very big security guards.  There job basically was to protect him, right?

According to Dr. Conrad Murray, or should I say his cell phone records on June 25, 2009, that Murray was out of the room for about forty minutes or so making phone calls to patients and girlfriends. (Which alone is odd, because he knew he left Michael on propofol, or did he?  Let's face it no one should leave a room when doing something like administering a dangerous drug.  Now according to Conrad Murray's defense they claimed that the doctor only gave Michael 25mg. of propofol and the time that Murray sat with him with such a low dose that when he decided to leave that there was no way any propofol should have remained in Jackson's body.  Now if you've been following this case closely, as I'm sure you have, then you know that Michael's autopsy stated that he died from acute propofol intoxication and that he basically reeked of propofol.  This information doesn't add up to what Conrad Murray told his defense team, now does it?  (Now was he lying about this, maybe?)

Now I realize many of us would agree that propofol shouldn't be given in a home regardless of the milligrams used, right?  I probably would agree with you here, but if Murray is telling the truth about 25 mgs. of propofol, and Michael died from acute propofol intoxication then it would mean that someone would have had to have given him the overdose amount. (Just something to think about here).

Now does any of the evidence support what I am saying?  Okay, let's look at involuntary manslaughter.  I will agree that ConradMurray is probably guilty of this charge.  Let's face it if he hadn't been giving this drug to Michael and then leaving him unattended, then no one if their intent was to kill him would have been able to.  So on that note I guess you can kind of understand why the charge was so low from the Los Angeles District Attorney's office.  This was definitely a charge they felt they could prove. I believe if the charge would have been higher it would have been harder to prove with the evidence that was presented.  One piece of evidence if this charge had it been charged as say; second degree murder or murder would have probably brought in a not guilty verdict from the jury was the fingerprints on the I.V. bag.  This evidence alone would have made the jury let Conrad Murray walk, but since the charge was involuntary manslaughter it was easier to prove because the moment Murray administered propofol, and walked away for over 40 minutes, and then came back and found Michael not breathing, the fact that he didn't call 9-1-1 instantly made him guilty.  Now if you're not sure about what I am talking about in regards to the fingerprint evidence check out the video below.  This piece of evidence sort of points at foul play of some kind, and  I'm amazed how the news media after that day's testimony didn't really talk about it, but boy did it wake me up to the possibility that Michael Jackson might have been murdered.

(Click Below to watch video)

So my question is since Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter has this case been closed?  Yes, I believe Conrad Murray is guilty of this crime, but is he guilty of murder?  Like I said the charge wasn't murder but manslaughter.  So what I really want to know is did the Los Angeles District Attorney's office just put a pretty red bow on Conrad Murray and closed this case? If this is what they did then there is a possibility that someone might have gotten away with killing Michael Jackson, and right at this very moment they could be walking around with a huge smile on their face while Murray takes the fall.  Murray only got a four year sentence and it is believed that he will probably only serve two of those years, but Michael Jackson will still be dead.  So did we convict the right person?  Think about that.  If you ask me that little red bow we placed on Murray just doesn't do it for me.

I do know one thing and that is if Michael had met with foul play, then I truly believe it was an inside job. After all, the house was well secure, or supposedly it was, and if it wasn't Murray who killed Michael then it had to be someone else who was involved, and who had to know the general layout of the house. This would explain how the person could have gotten in and how the surveillance tapes ended up missing, as reported, wouldn't it? Also, let's not forget there have been other strange deaths of people who were linked to Michael Jackson since his death, which have been labeled either accidental or suicide, but were they?

Stay tune for my next blog entry where I'll continue to discuss whether Michael Jackson met with foul play, and the things I feel sort of support this claim that I think we still need to address.  Better yet, does the District Attorney's office in Los Angeles still need to address them as well?

Did Michael Jackson Meet With Foul Play? (Part 1 of 3)

We have gone into the possibility that Michael could have been kidnapped, could have staged his own death, and now it's time for the other possibility that I'm sure many of us don't want to even consider, but I feel we must, and that is that Michael Jackson might have met with foul play and was murdered. I don't feel we can ignore this since I'm sure many of you will agree that there is some kind of cover up going on when you consider all of the coincidences and strange occurrences that had taken place before and after Michael's supposed death. So foul play is another huge possibility because if Michael Jackson is indeed dead then odds are someone killed him, and I don't mean Conrad Murray.

We have delved into a lot of things on this blog that don't fit. In fact, I could write volumes on what had to be the stupidest court trial, and I'm referring to the Conrad Murray Involuntary Manslaughter Trial, I have ever seen on TV. For the record, I am someone who watched soap operas for years, and those trials actually made more sense then the Conrad Murray Trial, so what does this tell us? The one thing that trial proved to me was there was a lot of covering up going on.  (CLICK HERE "Trial of Contradiction" Part 1)

Attorney, Michael Flanagan & Conrad Murray during his trial.
As much as I wanted Conrad Murray to fry for what I believed he had done to Michael Jackson, I now have come to realize there's got to be more to this than just involuntary manslaughter.  I'm now not surprised that the defense filed an Appeal to this case.  As much as some of you might not want to hear this, I truly believe that the Appeal will be granted based on so much contradictory testimony and the fouled up evidence recovery by the forensic personnel.  I know that some of you probably don't like me predicting that this will happen, but I have watched this trial many times on YouTube and I have tried to keep an open mind where the defense is concerned, which was something I didn't do in the beginning because I just wanted someone to pay for Michael Jackson's death and the doctor seemed like the likely suspect, but is he really?  Yes, I might consider that he might be a fall guy to all of this, but I don't think that if he is involved that he acted alone.

Jane Velez Mitchell
Some people have told me that I'm seeing conspiracies where there is none.  I personally don't agree with them.  I know Michael had his enemies, nobody can tell me he didn't. There is no denying from previous blog entries that there are those that had motive to want to take Michael Jackson out. Michael even had told some people in his inner circle that he feared for his life. Activist, Dick Gregory in an appearance on the television news show, "Jane Velez Mitchell, where he mentioned how Michael even feared for his life back in 2005' during the Child Molestation Trial, and that Jackson told him that he didn't even trust his household staff.  Some thought this was the ramblings of a paranoid drug addict.  But was it? At that time Michael was refusing to eat or drink according to Gregory because he feared someone was trying to poison him.
Dick Gregory
In the years that followed the 2005' trial Michael did other things that maybe were tall tale signs that he could have feared for his life, and that of his children.  He constantly traveled as if he didn't want to remain in one place for too long. Security guards working for Michael at around this time would talk about him patrolling the grounds late at night because he feared someone would get on the grounds. When he considered buying the beautiful estate in Las Vegas, which he planned to call "Wonderland", he said the only thing he didn't like about it was the lack of security and privacy. But does all of this mean someone was going to take Michael Jackson out, and if someone did, what would be their motive?

Well, one motive for murder and one that's been around since the dawn of time is greed. Michael had things in his possession that others would have wanted, such as the Sony ATV catalog, which was estimated in value at 1 to 3 billion dollars. There are other motives, such as jealousy or anger towards the fact that Michael was no longer under their control. Let's face it; there were those who saw Michael as their possession, or meal ticket, who might not have liked him wanting to be free to be his own person. Also, they may have feared Michael getting free from them legally and wanted to make sure he didn't. Think about this Michael went back to John Branca, a well renowned lawyer just one week before his supposed death. Then we all discovered a legal agreement between Michael and his ex-employee Dr. Tohme Tohme, and other deals such as the one with Sony Music and the ATV Catalog, and let's face it with Michael being dead there isn't really anyone to stop all this. Luckily, Michael did assign John Branca as one of the attorney's in charge of his estate.

So we apparently have motive, and we have Michael Jackson himself suspecting that someone was out to get him. So did he in fact meet with foul play? Well, we'll go into why this is a strong possibility that we really shouldn't ignore in the next blog entry.

So stay tune.

Michael Jackson: Death Hoax - Does Joe Jackson Fit Into All of This?

Joe Jackson             Conrad Murray
When Michael Jackson was first announced as dead and I had a chance to view Michael's father, Joe Jackson and how he was acting, as if he lost a musical icon instead of a son, my first reaction was to wonder where he fit in all of this. I know this is probably an awful thing to wonder about I will admit, after all, we are talking about Michael's father here. Yes, the father who believed he made Michael Jackson into the amazing artist that he was, and in the end was apparently cut out of Michael's Last Will and Testament. However, over time I abandoned these feelings because someone else seemed more obvious to be the one who was at the heart of what happened to Michael.

Recently, though I received a video that made me start to wonder if maybe somewhere Joe Jackson is really involved in some way with whatever happened on June 25th 2009. Watch the video below for yourself and tell me what you think.  When I found this piece of film I have to admit it somewhat blew me away.

All right, so Joe Jackson was mentioned especially by Michael's dermotologist, Arnold Kline in an interview with TMZ. Now I know many of us, myself included don't probably think that Arnold Kline is a reliable source, not after all the stuff he has done and said to get his fifteen minutes against Michael, right? But, it's my personal opinion when a person is talking in a nonchalant manner, where their just saying something in passing, that they usually are telling you something that is true, or what they believe to be true. So my question is does Joe Jackson know Conrad Murray? Think about that for a moment. Joe Jackson lives in Las Vegas and so did Conrad Murray. Do you think that maybe it's possible that he's the one who introduced Murray to Michael? Now I'm sure most of you have heard the story that one of Michael's bodyguards introduced Michael to Murray, but that still may not eliminate the fact that Joe might still know Murray. Now I realize just because they lived in the same city and state that it doesn't necessarily mean they actually knew each other. I mean, after all, I live in Phoenix, Arizona and I never ran into Michael here when it was reported he was hiding out in my very exact city and state in an RV in 2008'. I only wished I had met him then.

But, once again if you really think about it, this is quite a coincidence that all three of these men (Michael, Joe, and Conrad Murray),were in Las Vegas at one time in the year 2008'. There sure is a whole lot that seems to go back to that year doesn't it?  Michael even met Dr. Tohme Tohme in the summer of 2008' from his brother Jermaine.  Obviously, Jermaine must have been in Las Vegas around this time as well.

Now I have mentioned Sharon Sidney many times on this blog. The devoted Michael Jackson fan that would stand outside the gates of his L.A. Carol wood home, and actually had more than one opportunity to meet Michael. Her page even shows a picture of her with Michael. Well, there was always something that seem odd to me where Ms. Sidney was concerned. It was reported by Sidney herself that on the day Michael Jackson's home was visited by the ambulance and fire truck on June 25, 2009' that she called Joe Jackson to inform him that something was wrong. I always found this rather strange, because why would this woman call Joe of all people, why would she even think to call him?  I mean, how many of us have Joe Jackson's phone number, anyway? Did Michael put her up to it believing he could trust her? I have to ask this question because it has also been established not just by Ms. Sidney but Joe Jackson who stated that he got a call from a fan informing him of what was happening, and now we have somewhat of a connection between Joe Jackson and Conrad Murray. So, what does all of this mean? Where really does Joe Jackson fit in all of this, if he even does?  You'll have to decide if there is a basis for what I am bringing up or not.

Once again, just something more to think about here…
