Katherine Jackson vs. A.E.G., and where is Paris Jackson?

Katherine Jackson
As many of you probably know that the Katherine Jackson vs. A.E.G. lawsuit ended yesterday, October 2, 2013 when the jury came back finding that A.E.G. was not liable for Michael Jackson's death.  Some of you might be upset over this and believe me I can quite understand.  Some thought that Katherine Jackson and the Jackson family were just being overly greedy with their lawsuit in suing A.E.G. for 40 billion dollars.  Now, I have stated in a previous blog article that I believe that this wasn't about 40 billion dollars, but more about getting answers to questions that the Jackson family still felt that they were in the dark about.  I can't really say whether they got any more information in regards to what actually happened to Michael Jackson because it seemed that throughout this trial a lot of "I don't remember" were constantly echoed in many of the testimonies that were given by A.E.G. personnel who testified.  I know for some that this verdict was not met with great favor, and understandably so.  I personally think that A.E.G. is liable for something, but is it 40 billion dollars…NO!  I would say that they knew something wasn't right with Michael, and that they chose to ignore it instead of helping him.  I guess when you get right down to it they are a business and he was their client who had a contract with them to do these concerts.  Yes, we can say that, but I know some will say it was all about money and their greed.  I might like to agree with that, but like I said they are a business, and like it or not this I'm sure it what made the jury verdict go the way it did.  I think A.E.G. does hold some liability to this; but also, we might not want to admit to this, but so did Michael Jackson.  I think the real culprit here is when you have a doctor who didn't put the brakes on this when Dr. Conrad Murray should have.  I guess it just goes back to medical protocol where a medical doctor should never befriend his patient.  There is obviously a good reason behind this, and I think we can all learn a lesson from this one.

On a secondary note, where oh where is Paris Jackson.  Yes, I know she's supposedly in a mental health facility; but come on she went in there back in June.  I can't believe that she is still in this facility.  I know it's been stated that she has been suffering from extreme grief over her father, but I just find it strange that she isn't home yet.  There are some that have said that she isn't in this health facility, but with her father.  Yes, the death hoax continues.  There are some who believe that this was used for Paris to make her exit and meet up with her father without raising suspicion.  Now, do I believe this…NO!  Although, I still would like to know how Paris Jackson is doing, wouldn't all of you now that A.E.G. was able to walk away from this yesterday with no liability attached?  This does make one wonder.

Michael Jackson Death Hoax, A.E.G., the Nanny, the Chef…Oh My!

Okay, I'm sure some of you are quite curious about the title and where this article is headed.  Let me just say I feel at times I am witnessing a soap opera where the Jackson family is concerned.  I recently heard that during the deposition phase of the case of Katherine Jackson vs. A.E.G. the attorney from A.E.G. questioned Prince the 1st and Paris Jackson about the subject of their nanny, Grace Rwamba.  I found this to be really strange.  Let me explain why; you see I was under the impression that Ms. Rwamba left her nanny employment with Michael back at the beginning of 2009', and that she was only brought back for a short time by Katherine Jackson after Michael's passing.  So with this in mind, why would A.E.G.'s attorney bring this woman up to the kids?  The last time I checked she wasn't even around on June 25, 2009 when this nightmare all began.  In fact, they asked questions that led me to believe that by the answers Michael's kids gave that the woman was an apparent, alleged stalker to their father.  There's a video and an article you can read in regards to this by clicking here.

Anyway, the other thing was, they had also brought up the chef, Kai Chase, who said that Prince had to at one time help his father up the stairs after one of the rehearsals he had for the "This Is It" concert tour.  She had testified to this during the current A.E.G. Wrongful Death Trial, but Prince disputed that during his deposition by saying that this never happened.  One has to wonder what Ms. Chase fully was up to during this time.  I mean, she's the one that said that the children never went upstairs on June 25, 2009 during her testimony at the Conrad Murray Involuntary Manslaughter trial; and yet, security guard, (Alberto Alvarez) claimed they were right outside their father's bedroom during his testimony.

I can understand during this deposition why the chef was brought up, because she was there on that day, but I can't for the life of me figure out why the nanny was, if she left her employment with Michael before all of this craziness began.  Think about it, she wasn't even there when this entire nightmare took place.  I have to ask again; why is A.E.G.'s attorney bringing the nanny up when she has nothing to do with this case?  It does make one wonder if their looking for another fall person like Conrad Murray.  (This is just a thought)

I also want to alert you to another video that I came upon that talks about the Conrad Murray Trial and fingerprint evidence that seemed to be overlooked; or was it?  (Watch video by clicking here)

I have to ask if the fingerprint evidence was sort of pushed to the side, or if it had any true bearing on this case?  I say this because we all know that this was an involuntary manslaughter case.  I think if it had been a murder or even a second degree murder case that the fingerprint evidence would have been more crucial.  Of course, some of you are probably like me and think that it was extremely important; but once again, the question still crosses my mind about what is really going on here, and why all of this is sort of still being swept under the carpet.  Michael's sister Latoya truly believes her brother was murdered.  Now, the question is was he; or is something else going on?  Like I stated in a previous blog about the 40 billion dollar lawsuit Michael's mother Katherine has brought against A.E.G.; it seems atrocious, but I still believe it's really about her trying to get to the truth.  The one thing I am sure about here, is that we have yet to hear the real truth of what happened on that day - June 25, 2009.  Yes, it might be over four years later, but I still believe the truth will eventually prevail; or at least that's what I am still hoping for.

Michael Jackson's Daughter, Paris Tries to Commit Suicide...What's Going On Now?

Just in; June 5, 2013 it was reported that Michael's fifteen year old daughter, Paris tried to commit suicide.  She apparently had been leaving twitter messages that seemed strange and out of the ordinary for days.

Here are a few of them:

April 22, 2013 - Paris wrote:

Bully: sends hate me: replies sarcastically bully omg stop bullying me.

----------------------------------------

May 6, 2013 - Paris wrote:

I'm not crazy; I'm just a little unwell.

May 27, 2013 - Paris wrote:

Can't satisfy anyone.
--------------------------------------------------------

Anyway, I think you all probably get the message, that this is a young girl crying out for help.

During the Conrad Murray Involuntary Manslaughter Trial one of the security guards stated that Prince and Paris went upstairs the day Michael lay dead, and that Paris was outside his room curled up into a ball on the floor sobbing uncontrollably.  Although, the family denied that the children were ever upstairs, (I'm not sure why they did this, other than trying to protect them from testifying in the Murray trial).  Now, with the Katherine Jackson vs. AEG lawsuit currently in the limelight, it is my understanding that Paris is set to testify; along with her older brother, Prince in this case.  I can only imagine what this is doing to the young girl.  It's got to be opening up a wound that she probably doesn't want to relive; and yet, she probably knows she has to.  And, if that wasn't enough now we have new child molestation allegations coming out in regards to her decease father, Michael Jackson.  One has to wonder when all of this is going to STOP; especially, when we are almost upon the 4th anniversary of Michael Jackson's death!

It was probably easier on Katherine Jackson to keep certain news away from Michael's kids when they were younger, but now that they are teenagers, I can only imagine how hard this must be; if it's even possible.  I highly doubt it!

So, can we now say that Michael is dead, now that his daughter attempted suicide?  I would have to say yes, but I'm sure some of you would still like to argue the point.  Whatever is going on, I will agree with you by saying I know we have still yet to hear the truth about what really went down on June 25, 2009, the day Michael Jackson died.

I stand firm when I say, I still really believe that this case that Katherine Jackson has brought against AEG is more about the truth then money.  Some of you might not agree…but this is how I feel.

To Paris Jackson, you are not alone.  We are all here with you.  We might be apart, but you'll always be in our hearts.  It's what your father would have wanted his fan to do for you.  We are here to support you, and help you if you need us.  Just ask!

$40 Billion Dollar Lawsuit…What is this Telling us, if anything?

At the beginning of April 2013', jury selection got underway for the Jackson family's lawsuit against the mega-company, A.E.G., who had been the concert promoter's for Michael Jackson's "This is It" concerts, that were to have taken place back in mid-2009'.  The lawsuit directed at A.E.G. is for the wrongful death of Michael Jackson.

The lawsuit attests that A.E.G. is responsible for Michael's death; and that the Jackson's are suing for $40 Billion dollars; money they say Michael could have made; but now will not.  This trial is set to go on for 90 days or more; and could head into mid-June 2013'.

I personally find this lawsuit quite interesting.  It's not that I'm surprised that the Jackson's are suing A.E.G.; I'm not! It's more the fact that they are suing for $40 Billion dollars.  I don't know if I've ever heard of any lawsuit asking for $40 Billion dollars.  Have any of you?

Some have said that the Jackson's are showing their greed at wanting $40 Billion dollars, and that it's not going to bring Michael back; so why so high a price?  Some have said there is no amount they could pay to make up for the death of Michael.  What do you all think?

The one truth we will probably all have to pay attention to is that whenever you go after someone, it usually gets ugly.  There is a rumor that A.E.G. plans to bring up Michael Jackson's 2005' child molestation charges as their central issue, so that the juror will find disfavor with him.  My understanding of it; is to show that it was Michael's indiscretions that made him into an insomniac; not them. (I guess even in death, Michael will be on trial again.  A trial that we all know Michael was found innocent in).

I have to ask myself when is all of this going to end.  I have to wonder if Michael is still alive, if he is having his family do this to try to settle a past dispute with A.E.G.  I know there has got to be more to this story than meets the eye.  I know this; because of Dr. Conrad Murray, and what he said in his documentary against Randy Phillips, the President of A.E.G.
Randy Phillips

And, of course in my previous blog I told you that Conrad Murray had decided to take the fifth if he is issued a subpoena, so who knows if the jury will ever know about any of the above conversation that Murray says he had with Phillips.  Then let's not forget about Michael's sister Latoya and what she claimed about Phillips.

So the real question after watching this video above that I have is, are the Jackson's really wanting $40 Billion dollars for the wrongful death of Michael; or are they still just looking for justice in who really killed him?

It should be interesting to see how this court trial plays out.  I'll definitely be paying attention; how about you?

Conrad Murray Ends His Silence in the Death of Michael Jackson!

Conrad Murray, the doctor who was found guilty in administering the lethal dose of the anesthesia, Propofol to Michael Jackson finally broke his silence today, April 4, 2013; while during a telephone interview with Anderson Cooper 360 on his current affairs show.

During this interview Murray continued to insist that he was innocent of the death of the music superstar and was still seeking an Appeal to clear his name.  He let it be known that he was in no way responsible for Jackson's death. (Interesting, right)?

Murray went on to contend that he was just a scapegoat in all of this, and that he too was grieving the loss of his friend.  He said and I quote to Anderson Cooper, "I'm an innocent man, Anderson.  I maintain that innocence.  I'm extremely sorry that Michael has passed.  It's a tremendous loss for me, it's a burden I've been carrying for the longest while, and it's a burden I will carry for an indefinite period of time.  The loss is just overwhelming.  He was very close to me.  I was close to him.  We were absolutely great friends."

During this phone conversation Murray talked about his reasons for refusing to testify in the wrongful death lawsuit, which Michael's mother, Katherine has brought forth against the concert promoters; AEG Live.  The lawsuit contends that the company was responsible for hiring Murray to take care of Michael, as he set forth to ready himself for the 50 concert shows he was to give in London at the O2 arena starting in July of 2009.

Also, during this phone conversation Murray did something strange when he started to sing a song by the late Nat King Cole titled:  "The Little Boy That Santa Claus Forgot."  Murray told Anderson Cooper that the song was about a little boy who gets no Christmas gifts and said that this was the story of his life.  He said he grew up with no Christmas, no toys, and had nothing.  Some might thing he was talking about Michael Jackson if you really think about it; what do you all think?  (Strange)?

One last note; the lawsuit again AEG Live brought by Katherine Jackson started on Tuesday, April 2, 2013.  It should be interesting to see what happens during this case.  I'll definitely be paying attention.

Michael Jackson and the "This Is It" documentary SUSPICION

I was thinking recently about the "This Is It", documentary that was made after Michael Jackson's supposed death.  This documentary hit theatres on October 28, 2009, which was just a little over four months after Michael's death.  Now as many of you know this documentary was made from footage of Michael's rehearsals of this concert series that was supposed to take place in the U.K. at the O2 Arena  starting in July 2009.

My understanding of this footage that it cost the production 30 million dollars to record every day and that it was the first time that Michael ever had done anything like this during his rehearsals.  It was stated he did this because he wanted the footage for his own personal library.  Okay, maybe this is true, although I still find this hard to believe that something that was costing so much would just be placed in a personal library, but I find it really hard to believe that after Michael's supposed death that they were able to market this and get a bid of $60 million dollars from Sony Pictures so quickly, and that they were able to piece all of this together to make this movie documentary just a little over four months later to get it into theatres.  If you ask me I think they were making this all along and that their intention was always to release this rehearsal footage.  Now the big question is why?

Why = because they knew Michael wouldn't be able to do these concerts; so let's give his fans something?

Why = because Michael knew he was going to make his exit before these concerts, so let's leave something behind.

Let's face it they were within days of Michael's last rehearsal at the Staple Center in Los Angeles before leaving for London.  I just find this very suspicious.  The timing just seems off to me and the timing of this documentary just as well.

What do you think?

Michael Jackson and the Price of Living Out Your Dream Job

As many of you know we're getting closer to the fourth anniversary of Michael Jackson's supposed death, and since I started writing this blog, which was a little over two years ago.  I thought it was now time to address a few things.  Such as, if Michael Jackson is truly dead what really drove him to this, and in the end was the thing he loved doing the most such as singing, composer, and entertaining thousands his downfall.  Of course, there is the other side of the coin, such as if he is still alive, why he fake his own death when he was about to make the biggest comeback of his life?  I truly believe he would have been totally successful with this comeback, but maybe on some level he didn't think so, and so he decided to bow out.

Let's face it, some of us get up and go off to work every day doing things that we love doing, but in most cases many of us go off to work just to make a living to pay our daily expenses.  We may not like what we do, but we do it anyway to support ourselves and our family.  Then there are some who go off to work to support ourselves and our family, but still hope to live out their dream job somewhere in the future.

As a writer of this blog I am no different.  I teach for a living and in many ways I do like it.  But, is it the thing I am most passionate about?  Is it something that I truly love?  In all honesty, I have to admit it is not my dream job.  My dream job has always been to be a published author and a full time writer.  I have always had a love for writing, so I have to tell you I do enjoy writing this blog, and since it is on a subject I feel strongly about it only makes it even better.  I am happy to say that I did finally publish a couple of books on Amazon.com, which is to a book series that a couple other family members and I have been writing.  The book series ("To Nowhere"), is a Fiction/Fantasy/Mystery type series of books.  The first book is titled:  "The To Nowhere Train", and the second book in the series is"  "Elevator To Nowhere and Beyond".  So I can say a piece of my dream has come true?  Am I living my dream job now?  The answer is NO.  Yes, I'm published, but very few people have bought either one of the two eBooks, but I still continue to write the series because of my love for writing, and I am still hopeful that one day more people will discover these eBooks, and read them, and hopefully enjoy them.

I think sometimes about what Michael Jackson must of dealt with while growing up singing, composing, and learning his musical craft and what he must of thought as he struggles as a small boy in the beginning of his career, and then as he reached success with his brothers as the Jackson 5, and then to go on to a very SUCCESSFUL Solo Career.  It was a career that became bigger than most.  I think it was a career that in many ways eventually became bigger than what he could live up to.  Yes, he was an amazing entertainer, but when you've been to the top there isn't anywhere else to go but down.  I think when you are living your dream job and this happens I can only imagine what it does to a person.  We know it caused Michael to live as a recluse.  He couldn't go out like most people.  He couldn't do all those normal things that we take for granted like grocery shopping, going to the mall, the movies, arcades, amusement parks, and just every day things like walking down a street.  If Michael wanted to do any of those things he had to do them behind lock gates and high security.  I think about that five year old, little boy who started his singing career in Gary, Indiana, who probably had wonderful dreams about the future.  I'm sure for a time his dream job seemed to be the greatest thing, but one has to wonder in the end what had actually become a dream job might have ended up as a nightmare to him.

I hope if I ever have the opportunity to experience my dream job at a hundred percent and the success from it that I don't end up with such results.  I'd like to think that whatever we all aspire to do in life, that we can feel good about it at the end of the day and to not have it blow up in our faces the way Michael Jackson must have had to deal with in his supposed end.

Here's to all of us living out our dream jobs with success and peace of mind!
